1. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

2. Consignee is responsible for all transportable charges and arrangements.

3. Product must arrive at Thor Appliance Company warehouse in clean brand-new condition.

4. Product must be repackaged with the same shipping material used by Thor in the original delivery, including the replacement of packing bolts, pallet and box.

5. Product that is returned incomplete or damaged, or is not in new condition, is subject to further charges.
