Scheduling: Delivery of all Thor washer/dryers is scheduled in advance. A representative from the freight line will phone to schedule delivery as soon as the unit arrives in your local depot.

Tracking: Detailed shipping information, including tracking number, will be sent via email soon after your order is shipped.

Stairs: Upstairs delivery (two-man delivery service) is available in some areas for an additional charge. Please contact Thor at (877) 877-0540 for a rate quote.

Freight Damage: Although rare, freight damage does occur. At the time of delivery, please carefully inspect the freight for evidence of damage before signing the receipt. Inspect the box and pallet for signs of abuse including cuts, holes, dents, scrapes or crushed corners. If any signs of damage exist, please make note on the delivery receipt and contact Thor Appliances immediately.
